Our black seed oil comes from the Middle East and Turkey and is Certified Organic and consumable grade.

Directions: Ingest a few drops of oil nightly before bedtime.  Can also be used as a massage and hair oil.  Night time use is suggested as Black Seed Oil has a pungent scent.
